DragonCrest Reptiles offers a limited guarantee on all of our animals.  Upon purchase, you will receive a written receipt which you must keep for 2 weeks.  During that time, you must provide the animal with all minimum requirements for that animal as listed in the Care Sheets section of this website. If all minimum requirements are met for the care and husbandry of  your animal and within 2 weeks of purchase the animal dies or becomes sick, then DragonCrest Reptiles will make every effort to either replace the animal or refund your money for the purchase price only.  The original receipt MUST be kept for proof of purchase.  If an animal is sick or deceased, proof must be provided in the form of providing the animal itself returned to us.  Digital photographs MAY be used, but will be decided on a case by case basis.   Please allow 2 weeks for us to review any claims.  Our goal is to provide the healthiest animals available and our customers' satisfaction is very important to us.  We will make every effort to make sure that any problem, while highly unlikely,  is taken care of to the customer's satisfaction. NOTE: After a claim is made and while the claim is under review (up to 2 weeks) and resolution of the problem is in progress, please keep any information regarding this claim private.  Any public posting on forums or other public discussion of the claim will directly result making our guarantee VOID.  

You MUST be 18 years old or older to purchase animals, or have a parent present when you purchase!
